Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Auto AI Academy Uploader ("the app"), operated by Auto AI Academy, accesses, uses and stores data. The app is an internal automation tool used only by the owner of the Auto AI Academy YouTube channel (@AutoAIAcademy) to publish the channel's own educational videos. It is not offered to the public.

1. Google user data the app accesses

• Google Drive: read access to files in specific folders owned by Auto AI Academy (lecture videos, thumbnails and promotional clips) so they can be uploaded.
• YouTube (YouTube API Services): permission to upload videos, set video thumbnails and add videos to playlists on the Auto AI Academy channel.

The app does not access any other Google account, any other user's data, YouTube comments, subscribers, analytics or private messages.

2. How the data is used

Data is used only to upload Auto AI Academy's own videos to its own YouTube channel, set their titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, add them to the channel's playlists, and share links to those videos on Auto AI Academy's own social media pages.

3. What is stored

The app stores only operational records in a private database on a server controlled by Auto AI Academy: file names and IDs of our own Drive files, YouTube video IDs and links, generated titles, descriptions and tags, and upload status. OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted on the same server. Video files are processed temporarily during upload and are not kept afterwards.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. Data is sent only to the services needed to perform the uploads (Google Drive and YouTube) and, for promotional posts, the public links of our own videos are sent to our social media scheduling tool.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Retention and deletion

Operational records are kept while the channel automation is in use. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's third-party access settings (and, for YouTube, via the Google security settings page). On request, we delete stored records within 30 days.
